At Prism Travels, we aim to provide reliable and transparent travel services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and booking changes are handled.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received and acknowledged by Prism Travels via call, message, or email.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be informed in advance via phone call or WhatsApp.
  • Same-day cancellations may attract cancellation charges depending on the service type and timing.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made after the journey has started or in case of a no-show.

3. Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation or service charges.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  • Refund processing time is 7–10 working days after approval.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows
  • Changes in travel plans during the trip
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or natural calamities
  • Customer dissatisfaction after service completion

5. Modifications to Booking

  • Booking changes (date, time, vehicle type) are subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply if the modified booking differs from the original plan.

6. Service Cancellation by Prism Travels

In rare cases where Prism Travels cancels a service due to unavoidable circumstances (vehicle issues, driver unavailability, or safety concerns), customers will be offered:

  • A full refund or
  • An alternative vehicle/service of similar value

7. Advance Payments

  • Advance payments are generally non-refundable, unless explicitly agreed at the time of booking.
  • Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing and service type.
